Asheville’s Answer To New York Dining!

Plan ahead and make your reservation early for THE JUNCTION RESTAURANT in Asheville, North Carolina!

There is nothing old fashioned about this place, as it is in the fourth year of operation and one of the most talked about dining experiences in the Southeast!

Located in the center of the River Arts District, you will find a casual, but upscale farm to table restaurant with the most exciting and unusual Chef prepared menu which changes frequently.

Now I am talking unique, not just another restaurant with the same old food selections.  You must take the time to peruse the menu and savor everything you read.

While dinner is their primary focus for guests, never underestimate the delight in their Sunday Brunch. 

Start with their Cast Iron Cornbread, Poblano Pepper Butter and Guajillo Agave Nectar.  Then you must let the taste buds flow and be ready for the most unexpected flavors you could ever imagine.

Try the Junction Bacon as another starter.  It is Celery Cured, Spiced Rubbed and 14 Hour Whiskey Wood Smoked.

That is just the beginning!  Now comes some of the most brilliant offerings in food today by Executive Chef David Van Tassel, who is extremely creative and skilled in the art of excellent cuisine.  Your food will not only taste spectacular, it will be an art presentation on your plate. 

The Junction Restaurant is Owned and Operated by Charles Triber, who welcomed us at the door on arrival.  His desire for quality food and excellent service is the fuel that drives the entire restaurant.  And while the offerings are out of the ordinary, The Junction Restaurant is still a great place to relax and enjoy good conversations and one of their designer cocktails!

Alex Baker, our waiter for Brunch could not have been more helpful while we were searching the menu for the unusual.  His recommendations were perfect and his personality commanded that we have to return again and again.  He truly knows the menu!

Specialty items included on the Brunch menu included the following scrumptious offerings:

Braised Apple Brandy Biscuit, Chow Chow, Sunny Egg, Mustard Jus, Fried Pickles.

Eggs, Muffaletta Sausage, Orange Crème

 Fraiche, Pickled Radish.

         Fried Chicken, Sage and Apple Isralei

                                                                          Cous Cous, Crisp Kale, Apricot BBQ 14. 

OMG, this is just a small sampling of what can be found for Brunch and then you have a completely different menu for Dinner in Asheville’s most progressive dining experience.
